You heard us right: our sales expert will work with you to reach your goals. With a business school diploma in travel, she has the customer service background organizations need to go back to basics.
Clients appreciate Heather’s customer focus and sense of structure. They know they can count on her to get organized. The goal, according to Heather, is to set up systems that’ll take a company from start to finish. Her experience serving honeymoon clients—followed by a decade at Sandals Resorts International, where she trained other agents in marketing and selling the product—is proof of this. So is Heather’s tenure in the residential management industry, where she has been responsible for $15 million in revenue, while supervising capital projects, customer service, and more.
Clearly, Heather has a knack for sales. She understands all areas of business—but she likes to have fun too. Outside of work, you can find Heather running in the sun, enjoying time out by the pool, and spending quality time with her husband and two kids
